Can You Watch VR Porn on Xreal or Viture Glasses?
Updated 6 October 2026
Display glasses like Xreal One and Viture Luma or Beast show your phone or computer as a big virtual screen, and they support side-by-side (SBS) 3D. That's not VR: you get a 3D picture about 50–57° wide in front of you, not a scene that surrounds you.
What works and what doesn't
- Works: side-by-side 3D video on the glasses' virtual screen in 3D mode (Full SBS).
- Doesn't work: immersive 180°/360° VR — you can't look around the scene.
- VR180 files are filmed with fisheye lenses, so played raw they look like two warped circles; even in 3D mode the edges stay curved.
How to watch 3D on Xreal or Viture
- 1Connect the glasses to your phone, laptop or handheld.
- 2Turn on 3D mode — on Xreal it's in the on-screen menu (choose Full SBS); on Viture it's a button press.
- 3Play a side-by-side video full-screen. For VR180 files, an app that de-warps them into a window (such as Glasses 3D Player on Android) looks much better than the raw file.
Want real VR?
For the full surround experience you need a VR headset — Meta Quest 3S is the cheapest good option.

FAQ
Can Xreal glasses play VR porn?
Only as flat-ish 3D on a virtual screen in SBS 3D mode — not immersive VR. For true VR you need a headset.
Can Ray-Ban Meta glasses play VR porn?
No. Ray-Ban Meta glasses have no display, and Meta Ray-Ban Display has one small screen in one eye. Neither can play 3D or VR video.
